He was predeceased by: his wife Laura; his daughters, Laura and Maria Fleming; and his siblings, John Fleming (late Kay) and Eleanor Jania (late Gene).

He is survived by: his children, David Fleming, Deborah Modzelewski (late Frank), Pamela Fleming and Keven Fleming; his grandchildren, James Modzelewski (Mary), Michael Modzelewski and Deanna Barden (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Emma Barden, Michael Barden and Matthew Modzelewski.

There will be a musical Tribute by the Bill O'Connell Band for Chick at FitzGerald's on Sunday January 15, 2023 from 7:00-9:30PM (6615 W. 12Th Street (Roosevelt Rd) Berwyn, IL 60402, Please omit flowers.
