He was predeceased by: his parent LeRoy DeKing. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann DeKing; his children, Cassandra Watson (Joshua) and Dane DeKing; his parent Mary DeKing; his siblings, Deborah Wall (Thomas), Brad DeKing (Bernadine), Chet DeKing (Carrie), Chad DeKing (Mary) and LeRoy Deking (Lisa); and his siblings-in-law, John Terzakis (Mary), Peggi Terzakis and George Terzakis (Jill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
