He is survived by: his daughters, Emily and Vanessa; his grandchildren, Lilli, Rieley, Victoria, Joshua, Jalon and Alexandr; and his siblings, Jack Lowe (Diana), Mike Lowe (Tina), Cindy Young (Jerry), Gail Richardson (Mark) and Tim Lowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
