She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Baldwin and Florence Jackson Baldwin; and her brother Alan. She is survived by: her husband Wayne C Scarlett; her children, Kevin Mitchell (Laura), Kirk Mitchell, Kristi Kirby (Troy), Jason Scarlett (Kathryn) and Jeremy Scarlett (Debby); her grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Kiersten, Amber, Tyler, Nathan, Ryan, Lauren, Will and Peter; and her great grandchildren, Loden and Rosalie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Catlin United Methodist Church.
