She was predeceased by: her parents, Narciso Perez and Juana Perez (Lona). She is survived by: her children, Chistopher Alvarez (Kaitlin) of Urbana, Illinois and Praxedis Alvarez Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona; her grandchildren, Audriana Alvarez-Cardoza (Isaac) of Danville and Axelle Alvarez of Phoenix, Arizona; her children, Lionel and Tyghe Alvarez of Urbana, Illinois; and her daughter-in-law Rachel German (David). She is also survived by three sisters; six brothers.
A committal service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (818 Wendt Ave, Danville, IL 61832).
