He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Foster, Dennis Price and Marilyn Nicks. He is survived by: his children, Paula Ann Clark of Springfield, IL and Robert Earl Foster, Jr. of Springfield, IL; his brother William Price of Springfield; and his close friend Larry Green of Springfield.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Danville National Cemetery (1900 E Main St, Danville, IL 61832).
