He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral N Hack and Mildred Hack (Atteberry); his granddaughter Kylie Rae Hack; and his parents-in-law, Lester and Ruby Grissom.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Hack (Linda) of Millstadt, Shawn Hack of Fort Worth and Angie Hack of Danville, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Melody Hack of Danville, Mackenzie Kizer of Brooklyn and Wyatt Hack of Millstadt; his great grandchildren, Lane, Ellie, Scottie, Holden, Davin and Hunter; and his siblings, Marlene Jones of Coker, Dave and Dean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and in-laws.
