He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Skidmore and Violet Skidmore; his former wife Mary Peterson; his children, Penny Ford (David) of Henning, Raymond Skidmore of Georgetown and Michael Jr. Skidmore (Monica) of Frederick Maryland; and his grandchildren, Joseph Ford, Benjamin Ford, Madeline Ford of Henning, Cole Skidmore of Westville, Jade Skidmore of Covington, Michael Skidmore III, Crevan Skidmore and Ivan Skidmore of Frederick Maryland.
