James Lee Galyen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2025, at the age of 78, James Lee Galyen (Danville, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Galyen and Rosetta Galyen (Moore); and his siblings, Bob Galyen of South Carolina, Bill (Claudia), Connie Morden (Clyde Morden), Sally Grubb (Johnny Grubb) and Sandy Hart (Ron Hart).
He is survived by: his wife Janie; his son Daniel (Nancy) of Champaign, Illinois.; his siblings, Carol Galyen of Danville, Judy (Danny Hammond), Don (Judy Galyen) and Pam (Bob DePratt); and his caregivers, Michele and Chris.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 413 N Seminary St, Georgetown, IL 61846. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
