He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, D. C. Keys and Louise Keys (Duckworth); his brother Pastor Bobby Keys Sr.; his children, Veronica D Keyes "Nommie", Deewan W Keyes, Kesha D Suggs of Indianapolis, IN, Demetra M Suggs of Dallas, TX, Karen D McKenzie of Danville, IL and Doug Keys (Kelsey) of Lafayette, IN; his son-in-law Brashon D Gouard of Indianapolis, IN.; his siblings, Truman Keys (Caroline), Stanley Porter, Kenneth Porter (Janeen), Jimmy Keys, Vicki Westly (Randy), Stacey Chapman (Shawn), Brenda Fisher and Karen Forman (Terry); his aunt Pinkie Keys; his granddaughter Tiebryisha Evans; his wife Veronica; his daughter Sylvia Keys; his siblings, Timothy Keys, Junior Keys, Joyce Wilkerson and Henrietta Bryant; his brothers-in-law, Richard "Derwin" Woodard and Warren "Soc" Felix; and also Deliya Keys. He was also cherished by 9 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 3 great grandsons, 1 great granddaughter.
