He is survived by: his wife Tywon Gouard; his children, David III Gouard (Amber) of Danville, IL, Brashon Gouard of Indianapolis, IN, Joseph Moore of Bloomington, IL, Julius Moore of Dallas, TX, William Taylor Jr., A'Shayla Taylor and Myah Taylor Gouard; his siblings, George Gouard (Pam) of Danville, IL, Terry Gouard of Danville, IL, Stanley Gouard (Chasity) of Evansville, IN, Daisy Ford of Danville, IL, Shirley Duncan of Danville, IL, Loretta Clark (Bobby) of Danville, IL and Doretha Ingram (Donald) of Chicago, IL; and his uncle Leroy Robinson. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leek & Sons Funeral Home (304 E Williams St, Danville, IL 61832). Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Life Church of Faith (1419 N Bowman Ave, Danville, IL 61832). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
