She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marvin and Lavada Vivian Hopper (Sammons); and her siblings, John Hopper, Patsy Slayden, Travis Hopper and Carles Hopper.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Dallas Grant of Danville, IL; her children, Renee Schulte (Brent) of Des Moines, IA, Angela Sulzberger (Kent) of Morton, IL, Brian Grant of Eden Prairie, MN and Kevin Grant (Sandy) of Harrisburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Cecilia, Savanna, Alayna, Rachel, Kevin, Jr. and Logan; and her siblings, Margaret Stephens, Garry Hopper, Chester Hopper and Marilyn Farmer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested in Carolyn's memory to Lewy Body Dementia Association.
