It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Baxter of Danville, Illinois, born in Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Donald, Margret Phillips, Neola and Glenn Douglas; and her uncles, Jack Douglas and Paul Phillips.
She is survived by: her parents, Sammy Keup and Donna Keup; her children, Kaitlin Baxter (Kendrick Leek), Kylie Baxter (Terrion Dowell), Dante Baxter (Rachelle) and Devin Baxter (Shakayia Wells); her siblings, Michael Keup (Chanda Dowell) and Sarah Trover (Yancy); her grandchildren, Jayden Baxter, Kendrick Leek Jr., ANessa Baxter, Kenzley Baxter, Kydan Minor, Terrion Dowell Jr. and Tyson Dowell; her nieces, Emmalee Trover, Aubrianna Dowell-Keup, Tera Baxter and Amy Fry; and her nephew Mathias Dowell-Keup.
