With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie I. Bostic-Gerdes-Todd (Danvers, Illinois), who passed away on March 22, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alex Alwes and Ida Reum Alwes; her husbands, James Bostic and Francis Gerdes; her son Robert; and her grandsons, Jonathan Kaufman, Shane Kaufman and Jerad Morlock.

She is survived by : her former life partner Kenneth Todd; her children, Steven Bostic (Diane), Karen Kaufman (RIck) and Mike; her daughter-in-law Lonna Bostic; and her stepdaughters, Linda Armstrong (Dan), Diane Evans (Garry), Judy McNeeley and Cheryl Miller (Alan). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven step-grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and twenty step great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Danvers Food Pantry or to the Danvers Fire Department.
