He is survived by : his former life partner Deborah Bass; his wife Debbie Mundy of Danvers; his sons, Cory Mundy (Jessica) of Vallejo, Cali, Jameson Mundy of Creve Coeur and Kevin Mundy of Peoria; his grandchildren, Malia Nicholson (Nathan) and C. J. Mundy; and his siblings, Jan Hoffman (Walt) and John Mundy.
