She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd and Mary Quiggins, Sr. (Higdon); and her siblings, Floyd Quiggins, Jr., Ruth Ann McMillion, Mary Parkerson, Irene Hendricks and Marilyn Barlow.

She is survived by : her husband William; her children, William Lally Jr. (Katey) and Anjanel Folkens (Ron); her grandchildren, Sterling, McKenna, Liam, Carin and Isabel "Rosie"; and her sisters, Terry Quiggins, Aileen Helm and Charlene Harrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
