It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Metz (Danvers, Illinois), who passed away on June 26, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Ruth Bunten of Tolono, Rosemary Wegeng of Camargo, Mick Bates of Tolono, Wayne Bates and Milton Bates of Pesotum.

She is survived by : her spouse Robert D. Metz; her children, Thomas Metz (Jill) of Danvers, Sue Miller (Steve) of Pesotum, Kate Metz of Champaign and Karen Behning (Roy) of Monticello; and her grandchildren, Scott Miller, Sean Miller, Sarah Wood, Lucas Behning and Olivia Behning.
