She is survived by: her children, Albert Scott Collins (Holly) of Donovan, IL. and Amber Hampton (James) of Lancaster, KY.; her grandchildren, Christopher, Brandon, Ryan, Dylan, Declan and Dallas; and her great grandchild Hunter.
