It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice A. Gonsalves of Damiansville, Illinois, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. "Tom" Gonsalves; her son Gary Gonsalves; her sister Marian Sudholt; and her parents-in-law, Antone and Angeline Gonsalves.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Peters (Mike) of New Baden, Tom Gonsalves (Laura) of St. Louis, MO, Karen Martens (Mark) of Venedy, Ron Gonsalves (Kathy) of Damiansville and Lori Walker (Mark Landmann) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Lauren Kadlec (Ryan), Ryan Huelsmann (Kristen), Brian Martens, Brad Huelsmann (Ali Villmer), Anna Gonsalves, Colin Gonsalves, Clayton Gonsalves (Paige Kniepmann), Caleb Gonsalves, Madison Walker and Sebastian Walker; and her sister Kathy Hitpas (Bob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Mater Dei High School or Community Link and will be received at the funeral home.
