He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Liesse and Ruth Liesse (Weber); his wife Marlene Mini; his son-in-law Michael DiSanto; and his siblings, Jerome, Dale, James Liesse, Arden Marini and Lois Redshaw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Barajas (Leonard) of Spring Valley, Shelley Ackerman (Niels) of Williston and Amy DiSanto of Lisle; and his brother George Liesse of Dalzell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
