It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Traci L. Sparrow of Dallas City, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Scanlan and Dyna Scanlan (Freeland) of Dallas City; her husband Martin Sparrow; her children, Marc Sparrow (Skye Moore) of Dallas City, Monte Cole of Dallas City, Bobby Sparrow of Dallas City, Danielle Sparrow of Dallas City and LaAnni Asensio of Spain; and her siblings, Tara Harrison (Gabe) of Warsaw, Seth Trent Scanlan of Warsaw, Jay Kosse (Tiffany) of Dallas City and Alaina Paxton (Cody) of Blandinsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Courageous Smiles, Carthage or her children's future needs.
