He is survived by: his children, Tammy Perkins of Carnegie, Ronda Norris (Bob) of Warsaw, Eric Hallam of Ft. Madison, Colleen Taylor (Duane) of Mexico, Candi Kendall (Thomas) of Warsaw and Sarah Whitaker (John) of Dallas City; and his grandchildren, Charlotte McCalip (Brian), Randy Perkins (Niki), Nathan Perkins (Brooke), Jeremiah Perkins (Tanessa), Samuel Perkins (Taylor), Justin Norris (Jackie), Chad Norris (Shelly), Katlyn Wilson (Levi), Daniel Taylor (Bethany), Heidi Brewer (Kevin), Martha Taylor, Suzannah Murray (Nathaniel), Madeline Taylor, Dustin Taylor, Clareece Kendall, Cory Kendall (Isabella), Clayton Kendall (Samantha), Christopher Kendall, Curtis Kendall, Asa Whitaker, Ezra Whitaker and Rhema Whitaker. He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Montrose Church of the Nazarene.
