He is survived by: his wife Tabatha Cassiday of Franklin, IA; his children, Jordan Walker (Rena) of Lomax, Sadie Westbrook (Tyler) of Raleigh, MS and Becca Cassiday of Dallas City, IL; his stepsons, Aaron Happs of Franklin, IA and Zeke Happs of Franklin, IA; his grandchildren, Lisa Walker, Jordan Walker and Carter Westbrook; his mother Bonnie Cassiday of Lomax; his siblings, Jimmy Cassiday of Lomax, IL, Joe Cassiday of Lomax, IL, Tammy Smith (Dennis) of Lomax, IL, Connie Neff (Krystal Sweeney) of Mt and Jamie Sue Cassiday of Lomax, IL; his parent-in-law Earl Grelk of Franklin; his sisters-in-law, Lea Grelk of Franklin and Sheena Thetford (Larry) of Sinton, TX.; and also Sheila Grelk of Franklin. He is also survived by his father, grandparents and a grandson.
