He is survived by: his former spouse Sandy Dooley; his children, Kyle Johnson and Shelby Johnson; his grandchildren, Camron, Chayzlee and Chloe; and his siblings, Vicki Clark (Bill), Stanley Johnson (Shelley), Randy Johnson (Melinda) and Darrin Johnson (Shirley).
