With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lonnie E. Lewis of Dallas City, Illinois, born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Eugene and Jane Cordelia Lewis; his siblings, Glenda, Rose and Ron; his niece Tiffany; and his great-niece Crystal.

He is survived by: his son Robert Lee Lewis of Oakville; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Dakota, Leigha and Ricky. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that flowers be sent to the Oakville Community Center and that donations be made to PAWS animal shelter in Fort Madison, Iowa.
