He was predeceased by: his father Danny Lieb. He is survived by: his mother Jane Lieb (Sheets) of Dallas City; his wife Lorraine Worley; his children, Tyler Worley of Stronghurst, Kristen Benjamin Havens of Media and Trapper Benjamin (Cheyenne Hiland) of Carthage, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ryker and Bryar Havens; and his sisters, Shannon Bailey of Dallas City and Misty Hensley of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the family.
