She was predeceased by: her parents, Enileme Zern and Eleanor Zern (Smelsor); her husband D. LaVon Ellis; and her siblings, George Zern, Jean Duffy, Julia Danner, Kathryn Foglesong and Joan Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Bland (Larry) of Quincy; and her grandsons, Konnor Bland (Amy) and Parker Bland (Kerigan).
