Madison, Stacey Pence of LaHarpe, Jason Smith of Dallas City and Ryan Smith (Samantha) of Dallas City; and his siblings, Chris Smith (Billie) of Stronghurst, Danny Smith (Lee) of Ft. Lauderdale, Rick Tate, Jackie Ferguson (Larry) of Blandinsville, Ramona Desotel (David) of Danville and Rhonda Ewing of Ft. Madison. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
