She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Scott and Helen Scott (Freeland); her son Russell K. "Rusty" Petty; her son-in-law Buck Williams; and her siblings-in-law, George Vice, Jamie Petty and Roxanna Petty.
She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Williams (Matt Wilhelm) of Dallas City; her sisters, Jean Ann Thomes (Gary) of Dallas City and Shirley Vice of Mount Ayr, Iowa; her grandchildren, Rachel Wesely, Jennifer, Josh Skinner, Mackenzie, Madison, Brayden Shaw, Phillip Butler and Hayden Korch; and her nephew Michael Thomes.
A memorial fund has been established.
