She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Hancock and Joan Hancock (Curtis); and her son Michael Newberry. She is survived by: her husband Jerald W. "Jerry" Newberry; her children, Andy Newberry (Joyce) of Dallas City and Deanne Hutson (Rob Bohn) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her sister Sharon Sutton of Dallas City; and her half-sisters, Terry Poston of Alton and Jeri Williams of St. Louis, Missouri.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
