With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty Newkirk of Dallas City, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Needham and Louella Bivans Needham. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Kramer (David) of Fort Madison, Cheryl Vaughn (Darrell) of Mt. Pleasant, Delbert Nelson of Sebring, John Newkirk of Fort Madison and Fred Newkirk of Fort Madison; and also Jackie White of Prescott, Arizona.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
She was a volunteer for RSVP of West Central Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, Betty would like all donations dedicated to the PAWS animal shelter in honor of all the cats she has loved over the years.
