She is survived by: her husband Bud; her children, Tammy Perkins of Carnegie, Ronda Norris (Bob) of Warsaw, Eric Hallam of Ft. Madison, Colleen Taylor (Duane) of Mexico, Candi Kendall (Thomas) of Warsaw and Sarah Whitaker (John) of Dallas City; her grandchildren, Charlotte McCalip (Brian), Randy Perkins (Niki), Nathan Perkins (Brooke), Jeremiah Perkins (Tanessa), Samuel Perkins (Taylor), Justin Norris (Jackie), Chad Norris (Shelly), Katlyn Wilson (Levi), Daniel Taylor (Bethany), Heidi Brewer (Kevin), Martha Taylor, Suzannah Murray (Nathaniel), Madeline Taylor, Dustin Taylor, Clareece Kendall, Cory Kendall (Isabella), Clayton Kendall (Samantha), Christopher Kendall, Curtis Kendall, Asa Whitaker, Ezra Whitaker and Rhema Whitaker; and her sister Mary Bagby. She is also survived by twenty three great-grandchildren and a special cousin.
A memorial fund has been established for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Teresa Adams House at Blessing Hospital or Montrose Church of the Nazarene.
