He was predeceased by: his father Fred Clark; his wife Linda Friday; his son Corbin Clark; and his sister Phyllis Nelson. He is survived by: his son Wade Clark (Kim) of Rockford; and his grandchildren, Zachary Clark (Morgan) of Rockford, Seth Clark of San Diego, CA and Olivia Clark (Jeromy Luebke) of Appleton, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his name for the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Research Foundation.
