He is survived by: his children, Kerry Thomas (Kim) of South Beloit, IL and Shana Jones (Mike) of Byron, IL.; his grandchildren, Ryan Thomas (Danielle) of Lena, Justin Thomas of Freeport, Amber Nelson (Neil) of Argyle, WI and Kiley Jones of Byron; his great grandchildren, Mason Kempel of Lena, IL., Logan of Lena, IL. and Laine Thomas of Lena, IL.; and his siblings, Loris 'Lori' Thomas (Vicki) of Rock City, Les Thomas (Terry) of Sarasota, FL, Leanne Thomas of Howe, IN, Lois Christner (Eldon) of Shipshewana, IN and Leanette Bontreger (Dean) of Carmel, IN..
A memorial has been established in his name for Faith Community Church and the Pioneer Cemetery.
