She is survived by: her husband George Hoefer; and her children, Teresa Heinrich (Bill) of Freeport, Cherie Hoefer of Freeport, Mandi Milliken (Ken) of Freeport and Steve Hoefer of Freeport. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
