Long Sr. of Dakota, Illinois, born in Cuba City, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Long and Rita Long (Schaffer). He is survived by: his wife Jeneal Anschutz; his children, LilyAnn Downing (James) of Mesa, Arizona, James Long Jr. (Lori) of Janesville, WI and Troy Long of Davenport, IA.; and his grandchildren, Troy James Brunkow (Summer), Tory Brunkow, Tanner Brunkow (Brooke), Eric Houy, Brandon Welch (Sarah), Conner Long (Gretchen), Sophia Long, Elijah Long and Issac Long. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 2 brothers.

A memorial has been established in his name.
