He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Wise and Laverne Wise (Yeoman); and his siblings, Gerald, Lester and Joyce Zipsie.
He is survived by: his wife Francis Wise of Dakota; his children, Todd Wise (Laura) of Dakota, Frank Wise (Kristina) of St. Cloud, FL and Debra Brinkmeier (Roger) of Dakota; and his siblings, Donald Wise (Elaine) of Dakota, Carl Wise (Sharon) and Dorothy Phillips (Dave) of Stockton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
