She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Patrick; her daughter Ashley; her father Clifford Dobbins (Linda Whitten); her grandmother Marcella Dobbins Carter of Jefferson City, Missouri.; her brother Clifford Dobbins Jr. of Carson City, Nevada.; her uncle Thomas Dobbins (Tamala) of Louisville, Kentucky.; her nieces and nephews, Carissa Carrasco (Daniel) and Joshua Dobbins (Amanda Losey); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah, Arielle, Niyah and Emmette of Carson City; her nephew Tim Kelley; her niece Jennifer Kelley Wilson (Jeremy); her aunt Janice Pond; her mother Linda Dobbins (Scott); her grandparents, Harry Scott, Daisy Scott (Carter) and Robert Dobbins; her aunt Marjorie Webster (Scott); and her parents-in-law, Bob Kelley and Elaine Kelley (Bush).
