He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Banks and Helen Banks (Melchert); his wife Jane Marie Sughroue Banks; and his daughter Shaney. He is survived by: his children, Cerena Banks (Shawna), Laura Wise (Todd), Valerie Schwarzkopf (Wayne) and Shelly Chaloupka (Frank). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and many, many nieces and nephews.
