Smith, AR and Jerry D Hook (Julie) of Woodlawn, IL; his grandsons, Joshua Adams of Ft. Smith, AR and Jeremiah Adams (Brittany) of Belle Rive, IL; and his siblings, Sandra Vandeveer (Steve) of Fairfield, IL and Gary Hook (Janet) of Dahlgren, IL. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
