William Robert Herzing Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Robert Herzing of Dahlgren, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Herzing and Clara Herzing (Rubenacker); his siblings, James Herzing, Floyd Herzing, Richard Herzing, George Herzing, Roland Herzing, Clara Lou Mitchell and Mary Winemiller; his siblings-in-law, James "Bud" Tanner, John Mitchell, Sue Herzing and Virginia "Jeanie" Herzing; and his niece Stephanie Fitzjerrells.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Tanner of Boerne, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Fredrick Winemiller of Dahlgren, IL and Lucille Herzing of Mt. Vernon, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and will be accepted at the cemetery or at the funeral home.
