She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wellen and Isabella Wellen (Karcher); her husband Henry Anton Kaufman; and her brothers, Charles Wellen, Jason Pearson and Donald Butler.
She is survived by: her son Charles Eugene Kaufman (Kay) of Belle Rive, IL; her grandchildren, Tony Kaufman of Belle Rive, Amy Butler of Dahlgren, IL and Angela Pearson of McLeansboro, IL; her great grandchildren, Michael Butler, Trenton Butler, Trace Butler and Blake Butler; and her brother Paul Wellen (Helen) of Piopolis, IL..
Per state guidelines, masks are required at indoor gatherings and social distancing is to be observed.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at Gholson Funeral Home.
