It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Wilkerson (Dahlgren, Illinois), who passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George E. Wilkerson and Zana B. Wilkerson (Trotter); his wife Donna Sue Tucker; his sons, Terry Wilkerson (Kim) of Dahlgren and Scott Wilkerson (Beth) of Greencastle, IN; his brothers, Dan Wilkerson (Jennifer) of Talking Rock, GA and Zane Wilkerson (Cathy) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Zachary Wilkerson, Benjamin Wilkerson, Kasie Chenoweth and Michael Wilkerson; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Robert, Hannah Robert and Alexis Robert. He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Rend Lake College Foundation and will be accepted at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.
