She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Scrivner and Lina Scrivner (Brim); her husband Ray Murphy Sr.; her son Ray Murphy Jr.; and her brothers, Charles Scrivner, Paul Scrivner and Erscle Scrivner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Page (Gordon) of Dahlgren and Judy Peters (Lavern) of Dahlgren; and her grandchildren, Steve Page (Lori), Pam Ridings (Len), Mike Page (Lea), Brad Peters (Kim), Cheryl Swafford (Tony), Cory Murphy, Troy Murphy (Mandi) and Jason Murphy (Suzanne). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
