It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Nice of Dahlgren, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Nice and Lucille Nice. He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Nice (Kreher) of Dahlgren; his children, Pamela Smith (Curt) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Rodney Nice (Alberta) of Dahlgren, Charles Nice of Dahlgren and Beverly Reyling (Randy) of Dahlgren; his grandchildren, Jacob Smith of Mt. Vernon, IL, Cale Smith (Patrick) of Belleville, IL, Rachael Nice (Brandon) of Dahlgren, Michael Nice of Dahlgren, Dillin Reyling of Dahlgren and Shelby Reyling of Dahlgren; his great grandchild Zoey McKibben; and his aunt Mary Karcher of Dahlgren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Dahlgren Volunteer Fire Department and will be accepted at the service or at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro, which is in charge of arrangements.
