He is survived by: his wife Cleo Rapp (Anselment) of Dahlgren; his brothers, Gilbert of Belle Rive and Kenny Rapp of Belle Rive; and his siblings-in-law, Albert T. Anselment (Pat) of Dahlgren, Ed Anselment (Cathy) of McLeansboro, IL, Judy Rapp of Mt. Vernon, IL, Dolores Anselment of Fenton, MO, Marcella Heath of Elgin, IL, Rita Grubb (Kenny) of Dahlgren, Mary Rawls of Dahlgren and Sharon Rapp (Steve) of Belle Rive. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital of St. Louis or to the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Cemetery Fund and will be accepted during the visitation and funeral mass or at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
