He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles and Elta Leon Whitson Conlin; and his brother Mitchell Conlin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia D. Slayton; his children, Jason Conlin (Jessica) of Chillicothe and Holly Conlin of Dahinda; his grandchildren, Addrianna, Jaylinn and Mikah; and his sister Karen Camper (Bob) of Edelstein.
