He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. "Tom" and Nancy I. Rollins (Parker); and his close friend Patricia Fouts. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Rollins of Rio and Tia Rollins of Iowa; his stepchildren, Randi Welsh (Gregg Anderson) of Woodhull, Michelle Alderson (Brian) of Galesburg and Levi Fouts (Tasha Wilson) of Galva; his brothers, Ronald Rollins (Tammy) of Victoria, Roger Rollins (Linda) of Altona, Thomas Rollins (Connie) of Victoria, Jonathan Rollins (Anne) of Oneida and Kenneth Rollins (Nancy) of Altona; his grandchildren, Austin Bohn, Grant Poplett, Nicole Empson, Jacob Cole, Felicia Shaw, Karissa Welsh, Ethan Alderson, Tieler, Easton, Elijah Fouts and Tessa Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Kolbi Marquith, Evalynn Beam and Casey Hansen.
