We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2024, at the age of 75, Harvey Smith Jr. of Cypress, Illinois, born in Karnak, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Doyle Smith, Sr. and Edna Louise McDonough Smith; and his sisters, Patsy Sue Henson and Jean Housewright. He is survived by: his wife Margie Barger Smith; his son Jeff Smith (Courtney) of Bossier City, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Shepard Smith, Caden Parker and Ellisyn Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Pearl D. Sterbinsky, Conchita Cotter (Bob), Rosalinda Ring (Kevin) and Jim Barger (Rita). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
