He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Warren Merydith, Sr. and Carolyn Merydith (Greer). He is survived by: his wife Annette Merydith (Crespo); his children, James Crespo of Clarksville, Tennessee, Heather Merydith of Clarksville, Tennessee and Jonathan Merydith of Creal Springs; his grandchildren, Dakoda Merydith, Brantlee Smith, Edgar Warren Merydith III, Gabriella Merydith, Jesse Crespo, Hunter Smith and Jake Smith; and his pet Willow.

Memorials may be made to the family to assist with expenses and may be left in the care of the funeral home.
